No. You only need an active plan on TradingNote during the tournament. You can compete with a demo account from any compatible broker. There's no entry fee and no additional deposits required.
Ranking uses the TN Score, a 0–100 index that combines Win Rate, Profit Factor, Expectancy per trade and Recovery Factor — all weighted at 25%. Under this system, a consistent account beats one with a single giant winner.
You're automatically disqualified and the account can't re-enter that tournament. The system verifies the rules in real time at every closed trade — no surprises at the end.
Each tournament sets its own max (default: 1 account per participant). On each tournament's detail page you'll see how many accounts you can register.
At the end of the tournament, the top 3 of the ranking receive the announced prizes (USD + months of plan). We contact you by email to coordinate the transfer and activation of the extra months.
